Job Title: Employee Care Team Associate – HR Shared Services
Shift Timings: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM IST. Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires
Role Brief:
This is a role of an HRSS ECT Associate who will primarily be responsible for our Employee Care Contact Center Team supporting our US & Canada employees.
Job Description:
➢ Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
➢ Provide exceptional customer service to all our employees and internal stakeholders who call in, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Benefits, Payroll & other category of requests
➢ Liaise with colleagues and navigate cross-discipline escalations to provide timely resolutions and support open communication amongst the organization
➢ Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements and always ensure compliance
➢ Meet process SLAs/ metrics, productivity and quality targets within the established timelines
➢ Raise process related issues/ concerns on time with process excellence and team lead
➢ Provide support in other HR Shared Services areas, such as benefits administration, employee data management, and employee record keeping, as needed
What will you bring in?
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
➢ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration
➢ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
➢ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
➢ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
➢ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
➢ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or other HR systems
