About the Role

  • Requirement analysis, test planning, and execution, with a strong understanding of automotive standards and protocols (CAN, CANanalyzer,Corvus).
  • Test Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive SOTA volume testing strategy and detailed test plans that align with business goals and forecast data growth.

What You Will Do

  • Test Environment Management: Setting up the Vehicle to be able to perform SOTA update.
  • Test Execution & Monitoring: Execute volume test scenarios and use advanced monitoring tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance degradation under high data loads.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed reports of test findings, including root cause analysis and recommendations for optimization. Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with development teams to debug and resolve performance issues and provide data-driven insights to guide system architecture and design decisions
  • Tooling & Automation: Use X-RAY test management tool to record all SOTA testing Performed and support for any automation if possible.

Bachelors degree in Engineering degree is required for this position with relevant experience of min 6 years in automotive testing.

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Build a close relationship with the customer at relevant levels.
Prepare and manage risk and issue assessment reduction plans and strategies.

Motivate and drive team to follow process and have a continuous focus on improvement.
