PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

Responsible and Accountable for performance of Talent Management Group. Purpose of this role is to have the vertical/function running at optimum talent utilization, having right headcount and cost pyramids.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Track and drive Vertical Utilization and Pyramids
  • Drive Internal talent movements
  • ATP Cost as a % of Revenue
  • Timely fulfillments of demand tagged for internal 
  • Timely and accuracy of metrics published
  • Establish and automate the talent development framework on all talent management parameters
  • Upskilling and Cross skilling of ATP talents
  • Number of Managers and leaders identified internally
  • Identify high potential talents through talent review process
  • Adherence  to SLA's and systemic compliances established for TMG
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Establish measure for Customer Satisfaction
  • Elicit customer satisfaction
  • Customer Support
  • Ensure timely & adequate support to CBUs in related areas of revenue and efficiency governance
