About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Associates’ degree or higher in related field, with 2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization.
• Demonstrated analytical ability.
• Experience in understanding user workflows and creating sustainable processes.  
• Experience with creating differentiated offers and measuring differences and effectiveness of programs.
• Effective use of data to drive more complex decisions.

It would be great if you also had :

• Experience working with academic libraries and consortia.
• Strong understanding of the academic information market.
• Experience with project management or Lean concepts.

What would you be doing in this role:

• Drives portfolio sales performance across regions through new sales and renewals, supporting major renewals in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Supports go-to-market initiatives by analyzing internal and external data to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and improve sales workflows.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights, high-value account planning, and standardized reporting.
• Manages prioritization of analysis requests and maintains visibility of ongoing projects.
• Owns success metrics and provides regular reporting on performance, impact, and progress.
