Job Title - AWS Mid Market Operations Analyst - Global (Senior Analyst) – Global Mid Market Management Level: 10 – Senior Analyst Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Hyderabad Must have skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) Experience creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing content Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Good to have skills: Experience with Accenture systems and processes (MMS, QSO, MyScheduling, Power BI) Exposure to AWS, cloud alliances, or technology consulting operations Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into concise insights Basic understanding of sales pipeline, forecasting, and delivery metrics Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, PMO, business reporting, or similar roles Experience supporting global or regional business teams preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field Job Summary: The Cloud (AWS) Mid Market Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the operational excellence of Accenture’s AWS Mid Market business globally. This role serves as the analytical and operational backbone across sales, marketing, delivery, and finance, ensuring data accuracy, performance visibility, and disciplined execution. The analyst transforms complex operational data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and scalable growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, forecasting, revenue, bookings, utilization, and delivery performance Support global operational cadence including pre-close activities, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, and productivity governance Ensure data integrity across internal systems (e.g., MMS, QSO, MyScheduling, CRM tools) by monitoring data quality and adherence to governance standards Perform trend, variance, and risk analysis to provide actionable insights to business and alliance leadership Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Workforce Management, and AWS alliance teams to consolidate inputs for reporting and forecasting Track demand signals, hiring plans, onboarding progress, and delivery readiness to support Mid Market growth priorities Support creation of executive-ready presentations with clear storytelling, insights, and data visualizations Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support for strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Professional & Technical Skills: Data analysis and reporting Business operations and performance tracking Stakeholder management across functions and geographies Executive presentation and storytelling Strong organization and time management Additional Information: Global role with collaboration across multiple time zones Hybrid work model with some in-person collaboration as required Accenture is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability About Our Company | Accenture
