• Primary skills:Technology->DevOps->Continuous delivery - Environment management and provisioning • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps for multiple applications and services. • Configure and manage Azure resources (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, AKS, SQL/Databases) to support application delivery and operations. • Automate build, release, and deployment processes, ensuring repeatable and reliable deployments across environments. • Implement and enforce branching strategies, code versioning standards, and release management best practices in Azure DevOps Repos/Boards. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines, builds, and deployments to improve performance, stability, and cost efficiency on Azure. • Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to integrate testing, security, and quality gates into the delivery pipeline. • Set up and manage environment configurations, secrets, and access controls following Azure security and governance guidelines. • Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, deployment processes, and Azure infrastructure configurations. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation or process enhancements in the DevOps toolchain. • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members on Azure and DevOps practices, tools, and standards.
