What would you do? This position holds the responsibility for leading and being an SME for Origination team Commercial Banking Operations involve the day-to-day activities that support the functioning of a commercial bank. This includes processing transactions, managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The goal is to provide efficient and reliable banking services to businesses. These operations are essential for maintaining smooth and secure financial transactions. They also help in building and maintaining customer relationships. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? • Provide subject matter expertise support for understanding origination guidelines and utilizing the underlying financial statements to complete the origination process • Applying relevant accounting standards for fair and rigorous credit assessment • Undertaking ad-hoc reporting / analysis requirements • Analysis of financial statements including Income statement, Balance Sheet & cash flow of public & private companies for the credit appraisal process • Be the SME and supervise a process which performs loan preparation & setup • Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA. • Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive interaction •Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards •Underwriting •Banking, Financial Services •Written and verbal communication •Adaptable and flexible •Problem-solving skills •Commitment to quality •MBA/B.COM Finance and Accounting •Flexible to shifts •Experience/exposure of US commercial banking •Good team player who is dynamic, result- oriented with strong work ethic
