Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Ability to walk, flexible, and stand for extended periods. Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A polite, engaging personality. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.
