HSE Specialist

  • Deep HSE Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of process safety, occupational safety, environmental compliance, and leading/lagging KPI frameworks.
  • Enterprise HSE Systems Experience : Working knowledge of platforms such as SAP (EHS), Enablon, etc.
  • Data Integration Understanding: Experience with ETL pipelines, API integrations, and harmonizing data from multiple siloed source systems.
  • Data Governance & Quality Controls : Ability to establish validation, and auditability frameworks for HSE datasets.
  • AI-Driven Safety Analytics : Application of predictive modelling and NLP to generate actionable safety insights with explainability.
  • HSE Maturity & Health Index Modelling : Designing structured scoring frameworks to assess organizational HSE performance.
  • Visualization & Dashboard Strategy : Translating complex data into executive and operational dashboards with drill-down analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Workstream Leadership : Managing HSE, IT, and operations stakeholders in structured delivery governance.
  • Consulting Delivery : Strong program governance, milestone tracking, and value realization focus
