Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead to drive the analytics and consumption layer of an enterprise Azure data platform. The role focuses on designing, developing, and governing Power BI dashboards and semantic models sourced from Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Databricks, ensuring high-performance, secure, and business-ready analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models for enterprise analytics
2 Own the consumption layer of the data platform, working closely with data engineering teams
3. Develop and optimize Power BI datasets using Azure Synapse and Databricks as sources
4. Design star and snowflake schemas optimized for Power BI performance
5. Implement and manage Power BI Service capabilities including:Workspaces, Apps, and deployment pipelines,Row-Level Security (RLS) and object-level security
6. Optimize report performance using DAX, Power Query (M), and data model tuning

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices to effectively communicate findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7–10+ years (with 3+ years in a lead role) of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
