Summary: As a BI Engineer, you will engage in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the effective integration of security and data privacy protection, ultimately driving adoption and informed decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing data requirements and translating them into actionable insights, ensuring that the systems you work on are robust and user-friendly, while also addressing any challenges that arise in the data management process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of data systems to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus. - Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
