Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials.

2. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), items of work, and technical descriptions.

3. Prepare and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.

4. Coordinate work efforts among teams and stakeholders.

5. Prepare project schedules, track progress, and create presentations (PPTs).

6. Verify contractor bills and conduct site measurements.

7. Ensure project cost control and budget monitoring.

8. Maintain compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Experience: Maximum 5 years in Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
