Description                                                                             

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement and optimize Blue Yonder WLM modules
• Understand and map warehouse management processes including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management
• Analyse labor standards and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for WLM
• Provide documentation and user training to ensure successful adoption
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across warehouse labour processes

Role

As a Blue Yonder Warehouse Labor Management Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the BY WLM solution. You will leverage your deep knowledge of warehouse processes and technical expertise to provide business-aligned solutions and ensure seamless operations within the warehouse environment.
