Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating discussions to identify opportunities for transformation, and collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that enable organizations to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their journey of organizational change, ensuring they are equipped to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of business agility. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication to ensure alignment across teams. - Ability to facilitate change management processes and support teams in adopting new practices. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks to guide teams in their transformation journey. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
