Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, enabling clients to adapt and excel in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your role will also include analyzing business processes and recommending solutions that align with the clients' goals, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of their industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of business agility principles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and feedback.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
