Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, enabling clients to adapt and excel in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote agile methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in organizational change management and transformation initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
