Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that promote efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of business agility principles. - Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Experience in developing and implementing business process improvement initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
