Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on Business
Intelligence (BI) to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage data and analytics to
drive strategic decision-making and optimize our online healthcare service delivery. You will
work closely with Business Team, Account Management, Sales, Operations, Product/Tech,
Marketing team stakeholders to understand your business vertical’s analytical needs and deliver
actionable insights that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Intelligence and Data Analysis:
○ Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to
provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
○ Use data analysis tools - SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python to extract,
manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
○ Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in healthcare data to inform strategic
decisions and business strategies.
2. Data Integration and Management:
○ Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate and manage data
from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
3. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
○ Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and
requirements
4. Performance Metrics and KPIs:
○ Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track
business performance and identify areas for improvement.
○ Provide regular reports and presentations on business performance and
insights to senior management.
5. User Experience and Data Visualization:
○ Ensure that BI tools and dashboards are user-friendly and effectively
communicate insights.
○ Conduct user training and provide support to ensure stakeholders can
effectively use BI tools and interpret data

 

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer
Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
● 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence,
preferably in the healthcare sector or an online business environment (e-commerce)
● Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,
SQL, Python (Basic)) and Excel
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex
data and provide actionable insights.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Bias for action to quickly execute, while keeping view on the larger and longer term
outcomes
