Job Title: Sales Excellence 

Role Summary

The Sales Excellence / Program Manager is responsible for driving sales performance through strategic programs, process optimization, governance, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures consistent execution of sales initiatives, enhances productivity, and supports leadership with insights, metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Enablement

  • Drive sales productivity through standardized processes, best practices, and tools
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to operationalize sales strategies and initiatives

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage end-to-end sales programs, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR) to ensure alignment
  • Act as a central point of contact for sales-related transformation initiatives

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Create dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Process Optimization & Governance

  • Establish governance models for sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and sales methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, SOPs, and operational standards

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and scalability
  • Benchmark best practices and implement industry-leading sales excellence standards
