Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business, product, and operations teams to analyze data, generate insights, improve processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collect, evaluate, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets using SQL/Excel to identify trends and insights.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
Solution Support: Assist in designing and implementing data-backed business solutions.

Analyze data and build dashboards/reports to track key business metrics.
Translate business questions into structured analytical problems.
Support forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making.
Document business requirements, definitions, and process flows.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.

Requirements :

Strong SQL and Excel proficiency
Experience with dashboards/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business questions into data analysis
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
