Business Analyst Operations Specialist

Oracle Partner Store (OPS) Support team is part of the Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO). The team is responsible for streamlining internal business processes to enable automation and improve partner experience resulting in increased profitability to both Oracle and our indirect community. This team interacts with external customers and internal teams from different LOBs within the organization. Oracle’s partners are valuable as they help resell software, cloud and hardware products to end customers and their differentiated services combined with Oracle’s technology help enable our customers to achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing partner relationships, implementing business and strategic functions, managing operations with multiple stakeholders, process optimization and work towards enhancing customer experience. We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented who uniquely combines interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the organization.

Work Timings: EMEA Shift

Experience. 3 to 5 years

This role is critical to maintaining and building the indirect revenue from our Indirect Community globally. You will support existing users of Oracle’s online ordering system, train partners and internal parties, test new enhancements and regression testing. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for logging any system issues on behalf of our partners and following the bug through to its resolve. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. The role involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Responsible for understanding and executing the workflow, processes and business practices for partners. Acts as a first point of contact for partners/channel representatives and liaison with external and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to support OPS transactions. Work closely with the senior management to report on all aspects and support the execution of new initiatives to drive growth.

•   Focus on improving stakeholder experience by understanding their needs and executing pertinent results.
•   Adopts professional approach to partners, acts reliable and delivers results accordingly.

Qualifications displayed in the job posting: Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. (3-5) years relevant work experience.
