Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing business cases.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
