Summary:
As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of operations. You will capture high-level requirements and define business solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role will also include translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Assist in the development of business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in project management methodologies to support implementation efforts.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques to visualize and document workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
