As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your expertise will be essential in fostering collaboration among various teams to ensure successful outcomes and drive organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to develop and present business cases effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
