Job Title- Business Architecture Process Engineer - Analyst
Management Level : CL 11
Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore
Must have skills: Minimum 0-1 years + for (CL11) experience in data analysis, management reporting, data visualization and Business process design either at or outside of Accenture
Good to have skills:
- Experience within Accenture is preferred.
- Additionally, it will be good if they have Prior experience in leading data analysis, reporting and analytics.
- Prior experience in business process design initiatives, Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement roles.

About the Business Architecture Tower
OA&EP will house, publish and maintain Accenture's business architecture content including taxonomies and process maps. This tower will encourage stakeholders to collaborate and work to a common process framework so Accenture's business architecture provides cross functional and persona based insights. Relating to the content, this tower is entrusted with information security, user adoption, reporting and analytics and continuous improvement. OA&EP will encourage standardization of the content and will work with users of the data to understand their requirements and how the business architecture can support the ongoing Accenture Reinvention Program.
This role has a key responsibility to drive the Data and Analytics requirements to support the operations of all the projects/workstreams and verticals under the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) Team.
This role requires attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills as well as creatively determining approaches to analyze data and to drive meaningful conclusion out of it. This role is one where influence and an ability to function independently are critical. This role must navigate successfully between the interests of our stakeholder groups and the delivery of a net business benefit at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to have a robust mix of technical and communication skills (verbal & written), with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and data visualization.
- Run and maintenance of E2E processes: Ongoing housing and publication of the detailed CF taxonomy (account, business, corporate, employee, enablement)
Ongoing housing and publication of the “as is” process maps (functional and cross functional). Access and confidentiality management.
- Process execution and business services to maintain Placemat information (directory and playbook of business services) and maintain/publish placemat database in Power BI
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Actively participate in multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to measure project success.
- Create consolidated project status reporting and review project status and identify issues.
- Transform, design and guide with an integrated journey mindset; embracing end-to-end vision and integration opportunities with up/down stream processes.
- Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals.
- Requires low level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. Work independently with general mentorship on new projects/requirements.
- Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work within OA&EP team.
- Support project communications including team calls, agenda, and materials to keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged.
Process execution and business services:
- Lead Placemat information (directory and playbook of business services)
- Coordination with business for directory related data for amethyst
- Format/ delivery of business facing/ related services information (which is incremental to account scope)

Required Skills:
The person in this role will need strong skills and experience in:
- Technical Skills: It's essential that the candidate has experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Robust in analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes to improve performance and achieve organizational goals. Use data-driven approaches to evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Good background in data modelling and visualization including creation of dashboards.
- Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with shown attention to detail combined with big picture thinking
- Should be a fast learner and be able to transform himself/herself into a functional or domain expert.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 0-1 years + for (CL11) experience in data analysis, management reporting, data visualization and Business process design
Good to have:
- Experience within Accenture is preferred.
- Prior experience in Performance Excellence, Business Architecture, Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement roles.
