Proposed designation: Business Associate (BA) – ASK BET

Role type: Individual contributor

Reporting to: Team Leader/ AM / Manager

Geo to be supported : US

Shift : Rotational (24X7), Shift timings are expected to be as follows and may change based on business needs.
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM2:00 PM – 10:30 PM6:00 PM – 2:30 AM10:30 PM – 7:00 AM 

Roles and responsibilities

We are recruiting for Business Associate in our business center environment, serving a vital role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to KPMG US.

This is a dynamic, high-energy position and the resources will be responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Administrative Services team including, but not limited to customer communications, collaboration with internal KPMG teams, supporting client engagements, reconciliations, client and market research, document processing, data analysis, PowerPoint presentations, coordinating meetings and training events, and booking travel.

Core responsibilities include:

Provide proactive customer communication and prompt responses to messagesCollaborate with KPMG internal teams to support requestsSupport client engagement management, including creating and managing invoices, drafting client engagement letters using firm standard templates, conducting time and expense reconciliations, processing payables, and other activitiesResearch and book travel reservationsCoordinate and schedule conference rooms for meetingsFormat documents & Edit PowerPoint presentationsCompile/edit spreadsheets using intermediate and advanced Excel functionsProcess purchase requisitions and invoicesAssist with onboarding new hiresConduct client and market researchUpdate and format resumes for inclusion in proposals or posting on KPMG portalAssist with materials to support internal and external training events 

Technical and functional

 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Adobe AcrobatAnalyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve service delivery and operational processes.Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and prior experience with workflow tools such as ServiceNow will be advantageous.Resolve issues or challenges during project delivery or operational processes.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in deliverables, project management, and tasks.

Education / professional qualifications

BBA/B.Com/Any Graduate Degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College 

Prior Experience:

At least 2-3 years relevant work experience within Administrative Services or a similar process in a leading UK/US MNC
