We are an early stage startup founded by ISB and NIFT Alums. We are transforming the way fabric is sourced for apparel brands with innovative and sustainable solutions. And looking to hire hustlers who can come aboard in our next phase of growth. 



Job Description

We are hiring a high-potential BDM to identify and qualify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers. You will be the face of our company and represent us at trade shows and networking events.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified brand leads through rigorous prospecting and research
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and develop personalized sales pitches
  • Engage with high-profile prospects and build relationships
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract new leads

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in any customer-facing sales/BD role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Learning mindset and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability to qualify leads, develop presentations, and explain product capabilities
  • Understanding of regional nuances in the designated market
  • Experience with cold calling, meeting minutes, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of sales metrics
