Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.

3. Build rapport with customers, understand their pain points, and offer value-added solutions.

4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasting using CRM software.


Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, business development, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.


Working days - 6 days (WFO)

Location - Bangalore (Indiranagar)
