Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to drive sales, expand market reach, and build relationships for our premium tile showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **luxury retail sales, client acquisition, and business expansion strategies** within the high-end tile or interior design industry.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
#### **1. Sales & Business Growth**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase showroom sales.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
#### **2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Conduct showroom tours, product demonstrations, and consultations for customers.
#### **3. Market Research & Strategy**
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to develop sales strategies.
- Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
#### **4. Networking & Outreach**
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to connect with potential clients.
- Develop partnerships with real estate developers and luxury home builders.
- Expand the brand’s presence in both online and offline channels.
#### **5. Operational & Reporting Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on business performance and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with showroom staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
### **Key Requirements:**
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in luxury tiles, interiors, or building materials.
- Strong network of industry professionals, including architects and designers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of premium tile products, interior design trends, and the construction industry is a plus.
