Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to drive admissions and build strong relationships with intermediate colleges, students, and parents for our JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET coaching programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with inter colleges for collaboration and student outreach.
• Promote JEE/NEET coaching programs through seminars, counseling sessions, and campus visits.
• Generate leads and follow up with students/parents for admissions.
• Coordinate with internal academic and counselling teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Conduct market research to understand competition and student demand.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and field activities.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate/PG (Preferred: Marketing/Education background).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the education sector or EdTech is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle field visits and outreach activities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
