Company: Bangalore Insurance Services - Bangalore Insurance Services is 30 years young & a well-established company. We deal with General insurance, Life Insurance and Mutual Funds. Industry: Insurance Role: Assistant Sales Manager/Business Development Associate, telecallers Qualification: 10th/12th pass/Graduation in any domain (Fluent in English/Kannada/Hindi) Interview: 2 Rounds of Interview will be conducted CTC: up to 2.40 LPA + Incentives Roles & Responsibilities: 1. You will be accountable to build your team hence you will be recruiting Insurance buyers. 2. Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers. 3. Build long-term relationships with clients and customers. 4. Create a database of prospective clients, maintain constant contact with them by identifying key stakeholder and decision makers on corporate insurance program. 5. Achieving sales targets through meeting, engaging, training and motivating sales partners. 6. Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities. 7. Negotiate the terms and conditions received from the insurers to meet the client's requirements and close deals to handle complaints or objections. 8. Prepare presentations for clients. 9. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. 10. Manage sales pipeline through cold email/call outreach and LinkedIn outreach. 11. Ability to study and analyze an insurance contract, summarize coverage, and advise its suitability to a client. 12. You will be liable to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. 13. This position also involves understanding the client's industry to provide them best solutions related to corporate Insurance program. 14. Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall amongst potential corporate clients. 15. Sending the proposal form to insurance companies to procure quotations and making comparison of the terms in the quotations received from the various insurance companies. Must Haves: 1. You should have minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Life insurance, General Insurance. 2. You should be self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable. 3. You should have two-wheeler and be ready for field sales.
