Summary:
As a Business Function Designer, you will support the analysis and design of new function business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and define detailed requirements, ensuring that the business community's perspective is maintained throughout the process. You will engage in user and task analysis, facilitating effective communication between the business community and the design team to create efficient and effective business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and document business process designs and specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
