Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational components to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights and drive improvements, ensuring that the business function aligns with strategic objectives and delivers value to the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions using PaaS.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
