Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. You will engage in discussions to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals and contribute to a seamless operational flow. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and document process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future state processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - An MBA is required.
