Business Function Implementation Lead
Project Role : Business Function Implementation LeadProject Role Description : Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

Summary:
As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of activities for a specific business function. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that all activities align with business requirements. You will analyze existing processes, design or redesign workflows, and define organizational structures to enhance overall performance. Your role will require you to engage with team members and facilitate discussions to drive improvements and ensure that the implementation meets the strategic goals of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
