What you will do:

As a Business Portal IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for the business portal initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that product features meet the needs of stakeholders and deliver value to customers.

How you will do it:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.

• Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhancements.

• Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.

• 12-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT products or services.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
