Business Process Analyst 1
Candidates will need to have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in partner/customer service and/or project management.Job Requirements/Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree and MBA, or BE (Computer Science) /BTech required
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a relevant role
- Preferred previous experience working in project management, Operations, sales support, contract administration, finance/accounting, or related operational role
- Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Project/Visio, experience with Jira and APEX preferred
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, and able to respond effectively to feedback from global stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising excellent judgment
- Self-directed, strategic thinker with the ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
- Go-getter - able to think out of the box with a positive attitude towards work and can understand change management
