Business Process Analyst 1

Candidates will need to have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in partner/customer service and/or project management.Job Requirements/Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and MBA, or BE (Computer Science) /BTech required
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a relevant role
  • Preferred previous experience working in project management, Operations, sales support, contract administration, finance/accounting, or related operational role
  • Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Project/Visio, experience with Jira and APEX preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, and able to respond effectively to feedback from global stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising excellent judgment
  • Self-directed, strategic thinker with the ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
  • Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
  • Go-getter - able to think out of the box with a positive attitude towards work and can understand change management
