Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
Must have skills : SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)
Good to have skills : NA

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the process blueprints are accurately developed. You will work closely with the Application Architect to translate business needs into application requirements, while also participating in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Educating stakeholders about the designs will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that everyone involved has a comprehensive understanding of the processes being implemented.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform process improvements.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
