Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Contribute to the analysis and design of new business processes. - Create documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. - Define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. - Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process analysis and design. - Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies. - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
