Business Process Architect
Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with organizational goals. You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies and processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-structured documentation and process design.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Good knowlege of rating engine, rating UI, cost concepts (entities, cost data creation and implementation, cost merge concepts)
Good understanding of policy transactions and how they impact rating.
Good knowledge of pcfs.
Ability to analyze rating errors and excellent debugging skills.
Knowledge of Performance Improvement measures to accelarate quote time. (for mid to senior roles)
Integration experience is good to have but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
