In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems: Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end F&A transformation across OTC, PTP, RTR, and FP&A • Conduct process diagnostics, deep dives, and opportunity assessments • Design future-state Target Operating Models aligned to business outcomes • Apply Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to improve cycle time, cash flow, and customer experience • Build automation and transformation roadmaps using RPA, analytics, and intelligent workflows • Apply AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases across finance processes • Hands-on exposure to UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, and GenAI tools • Leverage SAP / Oracle ERP expertise to enable standardized, scalable finance operations • Avoid bolt-on automations by embedding transformation within core platforms • Engage senior stakeholders including Controllers and Global Process Owners • Anchor solutioning, RFP responses, and transformation roadmaps • Act as a trusted advisor on value realization and business outcomes • Strong Finance & Accounting domain expertise (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A) • Experience delivering large-scale global transformation programs • Strong consulting mindset and ability to manage ambiguity • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
