Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.The Transformation Lead – MDM is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering the end-to-end transformation roadmap for the MDM tower, aligned with overall business priorities, enterprise transformation objectives, and measurable benefit realization.
What are we looking for? Deep domain expertise in MDM from primary skill tagging• Experience in driving large scale Transformation Projects in industry/ SSC/ GCC/ BPO• Project Management skills• Digital acumen, familiarity with latest technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, Celonis etc.)• Leadership skills to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, collaboration, networking• Optional - Project Management certification• Exposure to any Big Data platform/Analytics platform ex, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, etc• Certifications in Statistical Planning, Forecasting, Analytics or Data and AI is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: Define and own the MDM transformation roadmap, aligned to enterprise business priorities, digital agenda, and value realization goals• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives across process, data governance, technology, and operating model• Lead end-to-end MDM process design, harmonization, standardization, and documentation across regions/entities• Establish leading practices for data governance, data quality, controls, and compliance• Ensure scalable and future-ready MDM designs that support business growth• Lead large-scale transformation programs from concept to execution, managing interdependencies across functions• Raise and plan resource requirements, coordinating with COEs and enabling teams (Technology, Data, Automation, Analytics)• Proactively identify and remove delivery roadblocks to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes• Act as the primary transformation interface with client/business counterparts• Drive effective governance, communication, and executive-level reporting• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt new ways of working and transformation outcomes
