Professional Experience.

• You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in material procurement in reputed company.( experience from Machine Tools industry is preferred)

• Should know the sourcing process with following skills
  • Supplier Onboarding
  • Negotiation process with different categories of materials.
  • Global sourcing experience preferred.
  • Cost management .
  • On time Delivery performance with measurement
  • Inventory management.
  • Compliance requirements in sourcing.
  • vendor development process.
  • Supplier performance management
  • Quality management system requirements with documentation

Soft Skills-

• Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
• Documentation and record keeping .
• MS office  expertise for data analysis and decision making.
• Working knowledge of Kannada & Hindi will be an added advantage

 

SAP Expertise

• Complete knowledge and skill of SAP MM module in sourcing.
• Process improvements in sourcing in SAP as a user.

 

Personality -

• Good communicator
• Fluent in written, spoken, communications
• To be a solution provider with objectivity in mind.
• Work with collaboration with team members
• It should be conversant for reporting all statutory reports.

Education

• Should be a Graduate BE ( Mechanical or Industrial Engineering )
