C Plus Development Lead

· 10 - 15 years of experience on Telco-grade products. · Should have hands-on experience in designing and developing Bare Metal and Cloud Native, Microservices applications, using Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Consul, Redis, gRPC, Helm, Envoy and Open-Source Integration. · Hands on experience in C & C++ programming. · Good working knowledge in CI/CD DevOps and CI automation tools like Jenkins. · Good working knowledge of MMTEL standards including GSMA IR.92, IR.94, IR.51 · Good working knowledge in VOLTE/IMS, SIP in 4G/5G core technologies. Contribute to the full software lifecycle for SBC/TAS—requirements, design, implementation, and code reviews—to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. Analyse and resolve critical customer‑reported issues with detailed root‑cause investigation and optimal solutions. Drive SBC/TAS architecture evolution and introduce design optimizations as needed. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and propose effective solutions. Participate in reviews, workshops, task forces, and research groups on core technologies. Apply best practices to enhance product quality and improve processes, tools, and workflows. Maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
