What would you do? Job Role / Purpose of the Job: The Recruiting Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate communications, pro-active sourcing and ensuring smooth operations within the talent acquisition team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Recruitment Coordination o Schedule interviews and assessments across multiple stakeholders. o Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). o Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms. • Candidate Management o Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support. o Coordinate pre-employment checks, background verification, and reference collection. o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Administrative Support o Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. o Support HR and hiring managers with recruitment-related reporting and analytics. o Manage recruitment-related correspondence and filing systems • Process Improvement o Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes. o Support implementation of new tools, systems, or practices to enhance efficiency. o Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. • Candidate Sourcing o Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. o Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent communities, referrals). o Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. o Conduct market research to identify target companies, industries, and talent pools. o Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building. o Screen candidate profiles for alignment with job requirements before passing to recruiters.
What are we looking for? •Experience: • Essentials: 6-7 years overall experience, 5+ years in Talent Admin process with a similar background, Workday system experience • Desirable: Exposure to the BPO industry. Interaction with Business / Client Employees / Customers: Yes. Voice / Data: Voice and Data. Voice Versant Required: Yes CD Voice Round Required: Yes Written Versant Test Required: Yes.
