Role Purpose

The Capability Catalyst ensures assets/partnerships create, prove, and scale business value through clear monetization models, pricing logic, and outcome governance.

Key Responsibilities

·       Define business and monetization models for Kits and assets

·       Establish value realization metrics and ROI frameworks – Topline/Valuation impacts

·       Enable outcome-based pricing and value-linked engagements

·       Own portfolio-level economics and investment decisions

·       Chair portfolio governance forums

What We Are Looking For

·       Experience in business modeling, pricing, or portfolio strategy

·       Strong commercial judgment and P&L exposure

·       Eye and keenness for detail

·       Bias for Time to market
