Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role, specifically within AI-driven transformations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter), and tools, with a focus on AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills to drive AI adoption.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in designing and delivering AI-focused training, awareness programs, and enablement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, change management platforms, and digital adoption tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience in AI implementation projects and their impact on organizational change
  • Knowledge of project management principles and frameworks such as Agile or PMP

Job Summary:

The Change Management Lead for Gen AI Adoption plays a pivotal role in driving the successful integration and adoption of Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies across the organization. This individual will lead change strategies to support AI-enabled business transformations, ensuring smooth transitions, workforce readiness, and effective stakeholder engagement. By collaborating with various teams, they will facilitate AI adoption, manage resistance, and measure success metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Change Management Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a structured change management strategy to drive Gen AI adoption.
  • Partner with leadership to embed AI-first thinking across the organization.
  • Define and implement an adoption roadmap, ensuring smooth transition phases (30-60-90 day plans).
  • Create and maintain communication frameworks, AI knowledge repositories, and engagement calendars.
  • Identify and mitigate change resistance through data-driven insights and employee feedback.

2. AI-Driven Transformation Enablement:

  • Leverage Gen AI tools to enhance change management processes and boost efficiency.
  • Facilitate AI literacy and upskilling programs to empower employees at all levels.
  • Act as a Change Partner for AI-driven projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote AI-powered automation and innovation to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop frameworks for tracking AI adoption success and ROI.

3. People Engagement & Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish a Change Champions Network to drive grassroots AI advocacy and peer learning.
  • Engage employees through town halls, webinars, executive connect sessions, and storytelling formats.
  • Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies to ensure broad alignment and buy-in.
  • Create persona-driven AI adoption experiences to cater to diverse workforce needs.
  • Utilize digital engagement tools such as Viva Engage, AI-powered analytics dashboards, and interactive newsletters to drive communication.
  • Conduct AI-focused training and enablement sessions for various business functions.

4. Standardization & Branding for Gen AI Products:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies to position AI initiatives as key business enablers.
  • Standardize communication, reporting, and training materials for AI-powered tools and platforms.
  • Align AI adoption visual identity and messaging with corporate branding standards.
  • Maintain an AI adoption microsite/webpage as a central knowledge hub.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between AI, IT, HR, and business teams for streamlined implementation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess AI impact.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.
