Your Role

• Hands- on experience in developing chatbots using Dailogflow CX
• Experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using platforms such asDialogflow CX
• Experience in designing/developing user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text or voice
• Labels that are used by Conversational Architects in the Conversation Nodes can be considered as Pages in Dialogflow

Your Profile

• Sound knowledge ofcloud platforms(GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Experience in integrating APIs usingNodeJSandPython
• Construct intents, entities, and annotations in Dialogflow tool
• WriteAPI documentationthat outlines endpoints that Customers need to implement the CCAI on their end
• Liaise with the Customer and Data Architect on use case requirements and APItechnical requirements
