What is Cogentiq

The Role

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff for the Cogentiq unit, who will operate like a platform and product strategist + operator.

You’ll work directly with the Cogentiq Leadership team on the most critical problems across platform, product, strategy, customer success and execution. You will be responsible for shaping product bets and driving company-wide priorities. If something is ambiguous, high-stakes, and cross-functional, you’ll likely own or drive it.

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how to build and run an AI platform company from the inside.

What You’ll Do

Drive what matters

• Work with the leaders to define priorities
• Turn strategy into execution across product, GTM, and engineering

Shape product direction

• Partner with the CPO (Chief Product Owners) on product strategy, roadmap thinking, and prioritization
• Bring sharp market, customer, and competitor insights into decision-making

Be the connective tissue

• Align US leadership teams with India teams (CTO, Engg, Product, GTM)
• Cut through noise, resolve bottlenecks, and keep the org moving
• Work effectively with global stakeholders and maintain overlap with US-based leadership as needed.
• Be prepared for potential global business travel

Enable key decision making

• Prep leadership reviews, board discussions, investor communication and key narratives
• Ensure decisions are clear, tracked, and followed through

Who This Is For

• Ideally 3–8 years in product strategy, consulting, or early-stage startup roles
• Prior experience in Tier 1 consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or Enterprise SaaS companies is strongly preferred
• We are also open to strong candidates from product operations and program management backgrounds
• High ownership: you don’t wait for clarity, you create it
• Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and direct exposure to senior leadership
• Strong communicator who can influence across functions and geographies
