ClearCase & ClearQuest Support


o End User Support

o Permission Management o Patching and Upgrades

o Management of multi-site replications

o Backup Management

o Disaster Recovery Testing

o Work with vendors for support as needed

o Making changes to the tool


• Engineering Tool License Management

o Keep an eye on the licenses renewals and ensure they are renewed on time. •Experience Needed

o Senior level experience managing ClearCase and ClearQuest

o Extensive experience with ClearQuest Web (our end users only interface with the web client)

o Senior level experience with development of workflows, etc. in ClearQuest o Experience with CC and CQ upgrades


• Other requirements

o Strong written and spoken English language skills

o Flexible working hours (always on-call for support)

o Good work ethic
